Dr. Mary Beth Meier began practicing orthodontics in 2014. She was drawn to the field because of the science, technology, and artistry involved in creating healthy, happy, smiles. For her, seeing a happy patient after completing treatment is the most exciting thing about her work.
Dr. Meier attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she graduated with high distinction in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After college, she attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2012. Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Meier continued her education at the University of Iowa’s Orthodontic Residency program, where she earned her Master of Science degree and Certiﬁcate in Orthodontics.
Dr. Meier is an Ogallala native, born and raised. Along with creating natural-looking healthy happy smiles, Dr. Meier is a loving wife and mother who also enjoys baking, playing the piano and harp, gardening, live classic rock concerts, helping her husband David, who is an endodontist (root canal specialist), and spending time with her husband and children.
